Return Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Booty Bean Bag, don't worry—you can return it within 30 days for an exchange or full refund, less shipping charges.

Returns are simple. First, contact our friendly Customer Service Department by emailing customerservice@bootybeanbags.com or call 1-800-656-6052. A representative will issue you a Return Authorization Number and confirm shipping and credit details at that time.

Returned items will be credited to the same credit card you used to purchase within seven days after merchandise has been received. If you place a replacement order, it will be charged to that same credit card and delivered within 5-7 business days.
 
All returns and exchanges must be:

• Made within 30 days of the shipping date on your invoice
• Returned in original packaging
• Shipped pre-paid via UPS, FedEx or a courier that issues a tracking number
• Returned with a copy of your invoice and Return Authorization Number
